Studio lighting workshop - from £50

A significant part of using a professional photo studio is setting up your lights to get the creative effects you're after. Setting up studio lighting can be challenging but the satisfaction of the finished photo is worth the effort.

If you are new to studio photography, we offer a 1-1 studio workshop that aims to demystify studio lighting & photography, making it easy to understand. You will be shown my technique for setting up a studio for high key and low key photography and how to set up the lights with your camera on manual mode.

During your 30 minute workshop you will learn the following

A photo of our studio
Which settings to use for high and low key photography
Setting up lights in the studio to get a pure white background for high key photography
How to use a 1-2 light set up for low key photography
Which softbox gives the best results
How to use a light meter
How to use reflectors effectively in the studio
